45 Day Uplifting Mix Line up

The 45 Day Uplifting Mix was created from a simple but powerful question. 

During the very first episode of Part of my Journey, Mark Lancaster asked what 45s lift the guests spirits. That question stayed and was asked of guests on future shows and eventually became the inspiration for this ongoing mix project. 

Each Uplifting Mix is 45 minutes of music played entirely on 7″ vinyl, carefully selected to bring comfort, positivity, and a sense of connection. The focus isn’t on genre or tempo, but on how the music makes you feel, whether it offers calm, hope, energy, or a moment of release.
