Bio
Josie has been actively involved in the music industry since the early 2000’s.
She released the first Australian Hip Hop compilation to be distributed by a major label (‘Straight from the Art Vols 1 & 2’ Warner Music 2003-2004).
Josie’s love of collecting rare vinyl takes her across the world to DJ at New York’s infamous 45’s night ‘Mobile Mondays’ and at Portland’s ‘First Friday Super Jam’ at least once a year.
Josie has been a resident DJ for ‘The Genius of Dilla’ annual fundraising tribute events for the J Dilla Foundation, the 45 Sessions (Sydney) and Back To Funk parties.
