We❤️45s: London

The We Love 45s London story resumed in March 2022 with our first post COVID, in person gathering under the banner of Sunday 7s. Organised in collaboration with Kut Class, the event took place at The Star of Kings, bringing together 45s DJs from across the UK for a full day of music, reconnection, and shared vinyl culture.

For many in the community, it was the first opportunity to meet face to face after years of online interaction. The day also marked a We Love 45s first: a small record sale, adding another layer of connection through digging, trading, and conversation around the crates.

In 2023, London hosted our second all day We Love 45s event, this time at the iconic Strongroom, further cementing the city’s role as a key hub for the movement.

In March 2025, We Love 45s returned to London for a two day Vinyl Summit.

Day 1 took place at Rook Records, coinciding with International Women’s Day and streamed live as part of the Coffee & Donuts IWD programme, celebrating women selectors, collectors, and DJs within the 45s community.

Day 2 moved to Café 1001, continuing the summit with 45s DJ,s producers, Event organisers and record label heads focused entirely on 7” vinyl culture.

Later that year, in September 2025, We Love 45s returned to Café 1001 for a separate and distinct event: Day 2 of the 5 year celebration of Coffee & Donuts, bringing together a varied lineup for a landmark moment in the show’s history.

We return to Café 1001 in September 2026, continuing the London story, rooted in community, powered by 45s, and always evolving.
