45 Day Live Events 2022 – Part 1

2 years ago (23 March 2020) here in the UK we were placed into the first of a number of lockdowns due to the Coronavirus pandemic. As a result all live music and DJ events were cancelled or postponed for a number of months or years. Prior to this I had been DJ’ing out almost every weekend at pubs, cafes, art galleries and festivals. With no live gigs in sight like most DJ’s I found myself streaming online first on facebook and then on Twitch where all of my DJ sets, raid events and talk shows now take place. 

Things are slowly starting to get back to normal and festival and events bookings are rolling in. I am very excited to take my record collection out on the road again to play on loud sound systems around the UK, to watch people lose themselves in the music and to meet up in real life with other 45s DJ’s that I have connected with online over the last two years. 

Flavours Festival, King Street, Great Yarmouth on Saturday 26 March 2022 – 2-3pm. 

This features Evie Wonder and my daughter Zizi45 who will be representing the 45 Kids at their first live set together. This will be so much fun and I am so proud that our passion for music an in particular 7″ vinyl is being passed down to the next generation.
