45 Day: Place I Call Home is an ongoing mix project inviting DJs to record a 45 minute mix of 7” vinyl (45s) inspired by the place they call home. Whether that’s a city, a country, or somewhere that shaped their musical journey.
Each mix is a personal soundtrack, reflecting local scenes, cultural influences, memories, and sounds that helped form the DJ behind the decks. From neighbourhood dance floors to national movements, these sets tell stories through records connecting listeners to places across the world, one 45 at a time.
