Long before the launch of 45 Day, and before the We Love 45s movement began, the Original 45ers (25ThC & Big 404)  were playing records across venues in and around the town, helping shape the foundations of what would later become a wider community built around 7” vinyl.

Returning to Eastbourne to host dedicated We Love 45s events feels like a full circle moment. These sessions celebrate the roots of the movement, venues that supported us early on, and the shared love of 45s that has always been at the heart of what we do.

Hosting specific 45s focused events in our hometown is about honouring the past while continuing to build something meaningful for the future, grounded in community, connection, and the power of music.
